How many feet do you have? At a quick guess and without looking, I would reckon that you have the same number of feet that I have which is four. Yep, I have four feet and so do you. It just looks like we have two feet. However, appearances can be deceiving. What in the world is this guy talking about? Precisely! Let us search the logos Scriptures and allow the rhema Word to reveal the true number of feet that you have (I already know how many I have). *So God created man [Heb: Adam] in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. (Gen 1:27,28) How many feet did Adam have? Two. But he was a "them" because he was both male and female. The Adam creation was expressly a duality of male and female equally dwelling together in one body with two feet. Why two feet? Perhaps for balance. Perhaps for walking. Perhaps also to typify the indwelling duality. In this initial state of existence Adam was corporately unified. That is, he was a corporate "them" unified in one body. *And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him. (Gen 2:18) The Hebrew meaning for "alone" is: separation; by implication a part of the body, branch of a tree, apart, only, branch, by self. Although the part of the body definition is directly pertinent, I like working with the branch of a tree definition for we can readily visualize the vast expanse of God's creation spreading in all directions and lo, there before us lays a single solitary branch alone on the ground. No other branches, just this one forlorn branch. From which tree do you think this branch fell? Or, did He create the branch first and then the tree? *And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. Therefore shall a man leave [Heb: to loosen (from)] his father and his mother, and shall cleave [Heb: fasten together, join together] unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh [Heb: body, person, self]. And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed. (Gen 2:21-25) So God, in His infinite wisdom, gave Adam a help mate whom Adam named "Woman." God separated Woman from Adam. They were separated but still had the same mind. A mind is a duality composed of will and emotions. They had the same sense of unity as previous to their separation and they maintained the same mutual purpose. They were in all probability telepathic or, at the very least, extraordinarily empathetic. Their separation was at this point solely physical. They were unified in complete harmony with each other and in accord with God. Yet, they were separated into two body units. Adam and Woman were now in a state of unified separation. The experiential appearance of their state was that they were two body units with four feet. The positional reality was that they were "cleaved" one unto the other and thus formed one body unit of husband and wife having two feet. The word "wife" is first mentioned after the word "cleave" because "cleave" is here biblically synonymous with marriage. Their overall state of existence at this point can best be described as equal in the duality of unified separation. Our recent publication which is issue #1 in this current series and a prelude to this present is entitled GOD IS LOVE. It probes the psychological nuances of agape and phileo love that coexist within a Christian. Those findings are best accommodated under the general heading of unified separation. The seed of that theme is the Genesis verse which establishes that the Lord God "formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul." (Gen 2:7). From this union or marriage of the Holy Spirit with the dust of the ground was born first soul, then spirit (1 Cor 15:46). Adam then Woman. Soulical then spiritual. These are shadows of the twins Esau and Jacob, Pharez and Zarah, and Thomas Didymus. It is crucial to note that the unified separation relationship of Adam and Woman was in complete harmony and accord with God and with each other up to the conclusion of Genesis 2. Crucial because things are about to change: *And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired [Heb: goodly, pleasant, beauty, delight, covet, lust] to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat. (Gen 3:6) Woman was deceived by the serpent through a seductive multiple appeal to her I pride: to her body's desire to possess good food; to her eyes' desire to linger on beautiful sights; to her mind's desire for personal gain of knowledge. These three are a shadow of body, soul and spirit. "Ye shall not surely die." (Gen 3:4). She believed a lie because that too is what she "desired," i.e. what I want (lust). She thereby allowed her own desires to be puffed up (leavened, Matt 13:33) and raised above God's command (Gen 2:17; Matt 6:24). This was a prideful I desire for food, beauty and knowledge over and above that which God had already provided in His agape understanding and provision for her greatest good. A saint seeking over and above God's agape provision is manifesting the I child of pride. Woman was deceived, but Adam was not deceived (1 Tim 2:14). Adam disobeyed God. Adam and Woman both knew God's command. Adam also knew that Woman was being deceived by the serpent. But Adam was not empowered to stop Woman at that time (Gen 3:6) because he had not yet received God's authority to rule over her (Gen 3:16). Therefore they were still equals. However, Adam allowed his desire, i.e. what I want (lust), for Woman to be raised above God's command. (A subtle appeal that Satan has surely not forgotten). Lucifer and Adam and Woman fell from God's fellowship because of their I pride which was manifested in what they "desired." They became respectively, body and soul and spirit (1 Thess 5:23) which is exemplified fully in the complete beast nature of 666 (Rev 13:18). To remedy this situation, God cursed them all three and altered their authority. Strange as it may sound these curses were pronounced in agape love because, although prophetically hopeless for Lucifer who has become Satan the fallen body of flesh, the curses were necessary for the ultimate redemption of man and woman (transformed soul and spirit) back into God's eternal fellowship. As testimony to this fact, we note that God is not capable of anything other than agape love, for that is what He is (1 John 4:8,16). We must not examine these curses in phileo, but in agape. Let us adopt the viewpoint of an aborigine from deepest Africa or the caves of Tibet who dwells in phileo and knows nothing of civilization or God. We are taken on tour to a modern hospital. Imagine our horror as we observe this insidious torture chamber in action. Sharp knives slice into bodies firmly tied down to tables, cutting bloody pieces out. Long needles with tubes pierce arms and legs, some injecting fluids into the helpless body and others sucking the blood out. The torturers all wear masks to hide their identity and laugh while they work. Terrorized, we leave the torture chamber as rapidly as possible and when our exasperated guide finally manages to catch up with us, we are told that what occurred inside was "good." Yea, you bet! That is an understanding of God's curse usward in phileo. *Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow [Heb: labor or pain] and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire [Heb: longing] shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule [Heb: have dominion, govern, reign, have power] over thee. And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife [over my voice], and hast eaten of the tree [disobeying me], of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life; (Gen 3:16,17) The equality of Adam and Woman ceased here. Whereas before the fall they were separated only in body and had the same mind, now they were separated in both body and mind. They had become two separate individuals. They were no longer equal. Adam was given authority by God over Woman to protect her from being deceived. Woman is to be ruled, i.e. governed beneficently, by Adam in agape love. The Hebrew word for Woman's "desire" used here in Genesis 3:16 is different than in Genesis 3:6. This new "desire" is a "longing" to be governed in agape by him. In my opinion that remains the heartfelt desire of the vast majority of women today, regardless of what a tiny minority of very vocal women who have magnified themselves would have us believe. The Christian organization called Concerned Women of America numbers approximately 17 million dues paying members. The feminist National Organization of Women (NOW) numbers approximately 300,000 dues paying members. What do you suppose the disparity in those numbers means? How often do we hear or see a media statement from Concerned Women? Rarely, if ever. How often do we hear or see a media statement from feminists? Constantly, endlessly. Are those statements not received by you as the thumping blows of a heavy hammer (Jud 4:21)? These women with willful intent and fierce assertion of strength are continually beating and re/forming the silly-putty clay into a submissive vessel of their own choosing. Nevertheless, my fortress of joy and secret place of comfort and blessing is to have prayerfully donned the full armour of God, eternally. You can too. In like manner as the feminist movement, the minority homosexual community has also merged into alliance (a type of marriage) with the media (Eph 2:2) and magnified itself. The homosexual community is a community so called because they are cohesive. They form a member part of the unsaved body of antichrist, along with abortionists, feminists, and all the rest of the unsaved (Matt 12:30; 1 John 4:2,3). These people have suddenly "appeared" (Matt 13:26) and are now highly visible but only unto the servants of the householder as tares. This corporate antichrist beast body manifests the lawlessness (2 Thess 2:6-12) of direct overt rebellion to God's prime directive: "Be fruitful, and multiply." (Gen 1:28). This beast wields a rod of awesome social, economic and political power, i.e. control, over you if you will allow it. Or, if he can deceive you into allowing it. "Come and see" (Rev 6:1,3,5,7). Look now and see how they magnify themselves (Dan 8:11,25; 11:36,37). What is the magnifier? "Hear, ye deaf; and look, ye blind, that ye may see." (Isa 42:18). Who is the magnifier? Our devolution and fall from fellowship with God encompassed three phases: 1. corporate unification (two footed); 2. unified separation (two footed and fourfooted); 3. separate individuals (fourfooted). Our evolution and return to fellowship with God begins from phase 3 separate individuals. Phase 3 separate individuals are the unsaved. They are not in possession of agape which binds one to God and to one's mate. Agape is the unbreakable golden chain. These individuals are separated, mind and body from God and from their mate. They are fourfooted creatures. When and if these phase 3 separated individuals receive the agape deposit of Jesus Christ as Lord, they advance into a phase 2 state of unified separation manifested as the present day body of Christ. The present day body of Christ is a type and shadow of that fullness which is yet to come. Phase 2 is the becoming or transitional experiential phase between 3 and 1. Positionally, phase 2 Christians are immediately unified by sharing of the same and single mind of Christ. They are thus two footed phase 1 creations positionally. However, they are still experientially separated and therefore fourfooted creatures at the same time. Spirit and soul dwelling together. Duality. As phase 2 Christians we are positionally two footed, but experientially fourfooted. We are in-between. Unified separation. This phase is experientially transitional beginning from fourfooted and growing up into and becoming two footed. From creature to creation. The great white throne judgment will complete the eternal establishment of all men as either phase 1 creations or phase 3 creatures. Phase 1 occurs as we enter the millennium wherein there are both males and females as members, equal once again, in the same single body of Christ (Heb 11) with the same single mind of Christ with Christ Jesus as Head. Phase 1 is the fullness of the mind and body of Christ. It is complete restoration (Heb 11:39,40). The many membered body of Christ has been steadily growing and evolving from the seed of the pattern of the tabernacle that God impregnated through Moses into the children of Israel. A seed is an embryonic pattern. God was the Father and Husband. The earthly mother was the willing children of Israel (Ex 25:1,2,8), the married wife of the husband (Isa 54:1-5). Conception to completion of the structure named the tabernacle of Moses was nine months. The completed structure was one-dimensional initself but is multi-dimensional in God. The tabernacle of Moses was the pattern or blueprint of the body, literally the bones (law) of the body and not the completed body itself. Jesus Christ is the heart and blood of the body. The actual body of Christ is footed in the tabernacle of Moses (Ex 25:8,9) and headed in the tabernacle of God (Rev 21:3): unbroken evolution throughout Scripture. The body of Christ is now almost wholly formed and gathered together into fetal corporate unification and ready to be birthed (Rev 12:5). Phase 2 growing births phase 1 fruit. Seeding, growing, fruit bearing. *Make thee two trumpets of silver; of a whole piece shalt thou make them: that thou mayest use them for the calling of the assembly, and for the journeying of the camps. (Num 10:2). Silver is redemption. The first silver trumpet of the Feast of Atonement announces a death. The second silver trumpet announces a birth. They sound together. Is that not what happened to Jesus Christ who became Christ Jesus? Man God to God Man. Biblically, to die is to be born (John 3:3; John 12:24). The temporal ends and endless begins. Death births life. Natural births spiritual. There is now being a dying, and a birthing. (Matt 16:24). Don't you hear the trumpets sounding? You are dying and living it. When we are completely dead we shall be completely alive and begin our journeying: an endless glorious journey. Christ Jesus is returning to be seated the Head of Himself upon the Body of Himself. Hallelujah! *The sceptre [Heb: rod for rule, correction] shall not depart from Judah [Heb: extended hands, (open palms)], nor a lawgiver from between his feet [the law is a fourfooted beast of burden], until Shiloh [Heb: Messiah] come; and unto him shall the gathering [Heb: obedience] of the people be. Binding his foal [Heb: a young ass just broken to the load, the idea of opening the eyes, to awaken] unto the vine [John 15:1] and his ass's colt unto the choice vine; he washed his garments [Heb: wife] in wine, and his clothes in the blood of grapes: (Gen 49:10,11) *Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass. (Zech 9:9) *Tell ye the daughter of Sion, Behold, thy King cometh unto thee, meek, and sitting upon an ass, and a colt the foal (Gk: huios: son) of an ass. And the disciples went, and did as Jesus commanded them, And brought the ass, and the colt, and put on them their clothes, and they set him thereon. And a very great multitude spread their garments in the way; others cut down branches from the trees, and strowed them in the way. And the multitudes that went before [firstfruits, shepherds], and that followed [harvest, sheep], cried, saying, Hosanna to the son of David: Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest. (Matt 21:5-9) We are the sheep (fourfooted), and we are the shepherds (two footed). We are the ass, and the foal, the ass's colt. Jesus sits upon both the ass and the ass's colt (Zech 9:9; Matt 21:5), the mother and the son. The burden that we bear is the Word of God. He rode the ass's colt into Jerusalem (John 12:14,15: firstfruits company) accompanied by the ass (Matt 21:7: harvest company). Who do you suppose were of that "very great" company who prepared the path of His entrance (consummation of marriage) into Jerusalem? (Mal 4:5,6; Matt 3:3; Matt 11:9; Luke 7:26). Let us as shepherds before Him cut down the branches from the trees and straw our garments in the way. Let us sing with open palms "Hosanna to the son of David: Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest." Praise God. Was the unit of Jesus Christ and the ass's colt that entered Jerusalem fourfooted, two footed, or both? Our positional reality is that we are two footed phase 1 Sons of God (Gk: huios, connoting mature sonship: Rom 8:14) with the indwelling fullness of Christ Jesus. Our experiential reality is that we are fourfooted phase 2 beasts of burden and servants with an indwelling earnest (Gk: pledge, an advance as security for the balance, deposit, 2 Cor 1:22) of Christ Jesus, becoming two footed phase 1 Sons. Hallelujah! Another related rhema dimension to this discussion are horses and riders in the Bible, of whom specifically and appropriately is devoted the entire final chapter in my book WARNING: HAZARDOUS TO YOUR NATURAL MAN. Some of us have been caught up from being domesticated beasts of burden and are being trained to become riders. They are the final chapter. Thank you Lord. Alas, many natural men willfully remain fallen phase 3 creatures and thus fourfooted wild beasts of the field. The sexual union of an unsaved man and woman, be they married or not (legalism: the law is phileo Gal 4:1-7), is the phase 3 copulation of two wild beasts of the field because they do not share the indwelling agape love of God. A phase 2 Christian husband and wife sharing agape love in sexual union may well be one of the highest states of Godliness that we may experientially attain to: because they are corporately fellowshipping with God. This union lifts us up from our phase 2 unified separation back into original phase 1 corporate unity and full fellowship with God, temporarily. Where there is agape, there is God. Thus the sanctity of the Christian marriage is revealed through its agape binding. PATTERNS:
Noah is a type of God. The raven is a type of Satan. The dove is a type of the Holy Spirit. The dove is a type of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the union or marriage of Jesus son of Joseph with Christ Son of God (Matt 26:63; John 20:31) in and with the flowing waters of the river Jordan (Heb: descender). Snow (Isa 55:9-11) melts off the mountains of Lebanon in streams that converge into the Waters of Merom (Heb: elevated place, high place, far above, lofty place). Guess who lives there? The Jordan originates at Merom and swiftly descends through the Sea of Galilee where the fish dwell and then into the Dead Sea. Isn't that an awesome geographical depiction of the Gospel? Heaven, earth, hell. The dove is pictured white as the snow of Lebanon and thus pure in contrast to the black raven. The raven did not ever return to Noah. That is a fact. Raven and dove. Soulical and spiritual (1 Cor 15:46). Phileo and agape. "My soul cleaveth unto the dust." (Psa 119:25). My soul is one with the dust. The dove returned to Noah. "Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it." (Ecc 12:7). The dove is a type of the Jordan/Holy Spirit (descending: Matt 3:16; Mark 1:10; John 1:32; descended: Luke 3:22). The dove is also a type of Jesus Christ. That is a marvelously illuminating Hebrew definition of dove. Read it again (Gen 8:8). Please recall the first recorded miracle of Jesus (John 2:1-11). It occurred pointedly on a third day (consummation) marriage. Jesus transformed (Rom 12:2) the water of the word of the Old Testament into the fermented wine of the New Testament. Water and Spirit (John 3:5). Water and blood (1 John 5:6). The Spirit and the water and the blood (1 John 5:8). This was the marriage of the old and new at Cana of Galilee (Gk: the heathen circle). He changed the inner contents of six (man) waterpots of stone (definitely men) to serve (as the Church) the governor (God: Father) of the feast, and to serve the bridegroom (Himself: Zion: Son), and to serve the bride (Holy Spirit: Jerusalem: Wife). He stands in the midst (Matt 18:20) and within (Luke 17:21) and is the agape binding. Please also recall that Jesus Christ identified himself as a winebibber and thus as the dove of Genesis 8:8: "The Son of man came eating and drinking, and they say, Behold a man gluttonous, and a winebibber, a friend of publicans and sinners. But wisdom is justified of her children." (Matt 11:19). Please note that we share in agape with Father God the "warmth of their mating" in every marriage. That is, the resulting warmth and effervescence of the marriage of water and wine, of Zion and Jerusalem, of Himself and Holy Spirit, of Son and Wife. The resulting warmth of the marriage of Jesus (He) and the Dove (Her). Well Praise God for a while!! Hallelujah! *But the dove found no rest for the sole of her foot, and she returned [Heb: turned back] unto him [First Advent conclusion] into the ark, for the waters were on the face of the whole earth: then he put forth his hand, and took her, and pulled her in unto him into the ark. (Gen 8:9) We know indisputably that a dove has two feet. Why is this occurrence so related to us by the Holy Spirit in the singular "sole of her foot?" Glad you asked brother. Because this particular Dove is phase 1 corporate unification. This Dove is the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ. She "returned unto him" exactly as did Jesus Christ after His crucifixion at the conclusion of the First Advent. Please note that we have both a "her" that returned to Father God (Gen 8:12), and a "he" that returned to Father God (Acts 1:9). "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them." (Gen 1:27). Father God "put forth his hand, and took her ("them" in corporate unification), and pulled her in unto him into the ark" of Himself. Then what happened, or is about to happen, or in my opinion is now happening? *And he stayed yet other seven days [type of seven year tribulation]; and again he sent forth the dove out of the ark [Second Advent of Christ Jesus: Day of Atonement: Rev 19:11]; And the dove came in [Heb: abide] to him in the evening; and, lo, in her mouth [Heb: speech, mind, mouth, spoken, talk, two-edged, word] was an olive [Heb: an olive; as yielding illuminating oil] leaf [Heb: branch, leaf] plucked off: so Noah knew that the waters were abated from off the earth. And he stayed yet other seven days [for completion: the millennium]; and sent forth the dove [third sending: for the marriage of the Bridegroom Sons of God company to the completely prepared Bride of the Church; Zion to Jerusalem: Rev 21:1-3]; which returned [Heb: turned back] not again unto him any more. (Gen 8:10-12) The "mouth" of the Dove is the logos and rhema Word of God which is typified as the trumpet voice of Jesus Christ: Jesus = logos, Christ = rhema. (Ex 19:19; Lev 25:9; Jud 7:16-22; Joel 2:1,15; Matt 24:31; Rev 1:10,11). Sadly, few will hear the rhema. The olive leaf is a branch of the olive tree (Isa 4:2; 11:1). Please recall our previous discussion when our Lord related that "it is not good that man should be alone" (Gen 2:18) and that a Hebrew meaning of "alone" is the "branch of a tree." We note that after the Second Advent (Gen 8:11) the Dove did not return unto Him vertically as in the First Advent (Gen 8:9; Acts 1:9), but "came in to him" horizontally abiding in Him. Hallelujah anyone? The Dove is then possessing encompassed in her mouth and issuing forth from her mouth the olive leaf which is a matured branch of Christendom. She is not in possession of the tree of Christendom but a branch, a part of the body. The olive leaf was "plucked off" the tree of Christendom as a "firstfruits" (Rev 14:4) company. "Plucked off" is a type of the New Testament "caught up" (Gk: harpazo: to seize; catch away, catch up, pluck, pull, take by force). The "firstfruits" company of Revelation 14:1-5 is "caught up" in Revelation 12:5. The "harvest" company of Revelation 21:2 is "caught up" in 1 Thessalonians 4:14-17. In God's economy there is always a firstfruits company. Until the conclusion of the millennium there will be the undecided unsaved (Joel 3:11-14), and sheep and shepherds. In the blinding sorrows of our birth pangs we have somehow allowed the secular invasion of a non Scriptural label with its accompanying soulical (what I want) definition to be affixed to the "plucked off...caught up" multi-dimensional experience named "the rapture." Many have interpreted this spiritual positional reality as other than an experiential becoming reality. Instant gratification. The I desire of our soul. There are no shortcuts to God. The result of mingling the secular with the Scriptural, the natural with the spiritual, is defilement and always a misunderstanding. Things will not happen and are not now happening as you probably have been led to expect. Nevertheless, fear not dear brother. Regardless of your opinion or my opinion, these companies (all Christians) will both be lifted up spiritually into corporate unification phase 1 eternal agape by the phase 1 Dove (Gen 8:10,11; Matt 3:16,17) no more to be alone. PHASE 1 CORPORATE UNIFICATION I have prayed semi-seriously that the Lord would give me only innocent children to teach in the millennium. Tabula rasa. Did God ever allow any fourfooted beast to enter inside the tabernacle? Did God ever allow any woman to minister inside the tabernacle? *And he sprinkled thereof upon the altar seven times, and anointed the altar and all his vessels, both the laver and his foot, to sanctify them. (Lev 8:11) An interesting point concerning the brasen laver of the Holy Spirit is that it is referred to eight times in the KJV Bible as the laver and his "foot." (Ex 30:18,28; 31:9; 35:16; 38:8; 39:39; 40:11; Lev 8:11). As in the foot of the Dove (Gen 8:9), singularity represents corporate unification. We also note that although the golden candlestick had well-described branches (Ex 25:31-36: branch[es] mentioned twelve times) much as a tree (Matt 13:31,32) and a single foot as did the laver, that this particular foot of the candlestick is never mentioned in Scripture. That is somewhat perplexing. However, the Bible is an agape tongue communicated in multi-dimensional code to those who seek the face of God. Perhaps the absence of a mentioned foot speaks of this particular candlestick aspect of the Holy Spirit inside the Holy Place as being separated from the earth. He therefore encounters no defiling contact with the floor which is of dust, earth, ground. Hence, purity. Compare the Holy Spirit's intentional defilement with "the dust of the ground" (Gen 2:7) wherein He sacrificed a part of His Shekinah glory in a marriage that conceived "a living soul." His offspring became the "living" spirit (small s) part of the "living soul." Praise God. That the candlestick was formed of one single piece of pure gold doubly reinforces the purity determination. God very specifically gave the position of the candlestick to be directly "over against" and across from the table of shewbread (Ex 25:37; 26:35; 40:24). The manifest purpose of the golden candlestick is to shine His light upon the table of logos shewbread and thus from "the warmth of their mating" this marriage of bread and of light conceives rhema (John 16:13). May one not elicit a modest corporate hallelujah at this point? Hallelujah!! Praise God! Glory to the Lord! *And thou shalt set the table without the veil, and the candlestick over against the table on the side of the tabernacle toward the south: and thou shalt put the table on the north side. (Ex 26:35) The table of shewbread is a most interesting multi-dimensional article of furniture. Upon it were laid twelve loaves of unleavened bread. "I am the bread of life." (John 6:35). The order of these twelve loaves of bread is not given. There is always an order (1 Chron 13:7-10; 15:2,14,15). My previous assumption has been two ascending stacks of six loaves each due to their individual weight. That does relate in its duality and also number, six being the multi-dimensional number of a man (Rev 13:18). However, one single stack of twelve loaves much like the ascending rungs of a ladder (Gen 28:12; John 1:51) now seems more consistent in its singularity, i.e. foot. Corporate unification. Beats me. You decide. Perhaps both or more for there is no God given order. Rhema city. Nevertheless, let us now look closely at just a few of the components of the table for other dimensional truths: *And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, and make thereto a crown of gold round about. And thou shalt make unto it [the aforementioned crown of gold] a border of an hand breadth round about, and thou shalt make a [nother] golden crown to the border thereof round about. And thou shalt make for it four rings of gold, and put the rings in the four corners [Heb: mouths] that are on the four feet thereof. (Ex 25:24-26) The table of shewbread is first made out of shittim wood (man) and then entirely covered with gold (1 Cor 15:46). Gold is at the same time both the purity of God and the blood of Jesus Christ. Please note that two pieces of the furniture inside the tabernacle are each of one piece of pure gold which depicts spiritual singularity. These pieces are the candlestick with one unmentioned foot and the mercy seat of two cherubim with one foot, i.e. the seat of corporate unification. Neither of these two pieces are related in Scripture as ever touching the ground. The English translation of the words "mercy seat" is so mentioned 26 times in the Old Testament as two words. In the New Testament this piece is mentioned once (Heb 9:5) and that as the single composite word: mercyseat. What do you think of that? Please recall the two silver trumpets of (Num 10:2). They were also made out of a single piece of silver. Corporate unification. Two voices? The son of man and the Son of God? Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit? Saint and God? These do not touch the ground either. Rhema city again. The three remaining pieces of furniture inside the tabernacle are made of shittim wood completely covered inside and outside with gold. That's us. Note the duality of their composition into a single unit. These pieces are the table of shewbread, the altar of incense, and the ark of covenant. The gift of God is that we have the natural wood of our selves completely covered on the inside and on the outside with the blood of our Saviour. These three pieces of us each have a golden crown, excepting that the table of shewbread has two golden crowns. We observe that there is "a crown of gold round about" the table of shewbread. That would be round about the edge of the table on all sides. Then the width of a hand inside of and from the crown on the edge is made another golden crown round about. We now have one single table with two golden crowns. What does that mean? Many things. You are getting the idea. Isn't this great fun? Here are three of those meanings: 1. Jesus Christ is the Son of God and the son of man: corporate unification: two crowns. 2. Jesus Christ is Jesus and the Holy Spirit: corporate unification: two crowns. 3. The table is together gold (God) and wood (man): corporate unification: two crowns. The corporate unification type is spelled out even more clearly when we note that the table has "four feet." Two feet for each crown. These feet speak (Ex 25:26, corners = Heb: mouths). Two trumpets. Two voices. Have we yet noted the marriage of the four feet into the singularity of one table unit and the "warmth of their mating?" A table bears a burden. This table is covered with gold and bears the burden of the shewbread. Who is the shewbread? Is not the bread sitting upon the table as Jesus sat upon both the ass and the colt (Zech 9:9; Matt 21:5)? A table is built by a master carpenter to serve the master (Psa 127:1). That which has four feet becomes He who has two through bearing the heavenly manna from above. Hallelujah. This table is rapidly becoming "more than" (Matt 11:9) a table, "much more than" (Luke 7:26) a table. Quickly now and this table will no longer be a fourfooted servant but a two footed friend (John 15:15) experientially as well as positionally. Did I mention that the ark of covenant has a gold crown as well as the table of shewbread and the altar of incense? Yes, that is so. The pure gold mercy seat of corporate unification which is set upon the ark of us is the crown thereof. Glory to God. Praise God. Hallelujah. Hallelujah! Of the seven pieces of furniture of the tabernacle of Moses only the table of shewbread has "feet." These feet both pierce down into the heart of the earth (Luke 8:11) and ascend from the dust of the ground (Gen 2:7; Eph 4:9,10): *But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas: For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. (Matt 12:39,40) Glory. That is who you are. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen
This is a teaching ministry (2 Chron 15:3) made possible by the faith and willingness of the body of Christ. Your prayers and financial support (Jud 7:8,23) are "for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ." (Eph 4:12).
