YOU ARE THE ONLY SIGN OF THIS 42^ND GENERATION

God is Thought. Thought is the source of all power; only Thought creates. Angels are the fruit of God’s Thoughts; you are the fruit of God’s Thoughts, you are thought. The brightness (glory) of our revelations (our corrected now holy Thoughts of God) depends upon the correctness of our doctrines, our building blocks, our Godly Thoughts laid one upon another like the rungs (stairs) of a Jacob’s ladder, ascending into the mind of Christ. Angels are the Thoughts of God created as Spirits. You and I each are a corrupted thought (spirit) of God, a criminal angel temporarily confined (imprisoned) in a human body. We all are fallen angels (fallen, mingled defiled thoughts), but a willing few of us are being purged purified and restored, reinstated, repaired, reconditioned, back into Heaven and fellowship with Father God.

A SIGN UNTO YOU WHO ARE IN CHRIST (Gk: the anointing)

(Luke 2:10-14) And the angel said unto them [the shepherds watching over their flock by night], Fear not [“fear not” 62x; “be not afraid” 28x]: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy [Gk: cheerfulness, calm delight: gladness], which shall be to all people. For unto you is born [in the flesh] this day in the city of David a Saviour [Gk: a deliverer /// “safe”; to protect: heal, preserve, save (self), make whole], which is Christ [Gk: the anointing] the Lord [to cover (hide) your sins, and forgive]. And this shall be a sign [Gk: an indication: miracle] [A SIGN] unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger [Gk: a crib (for fodder)]. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men. [1,2,3]

1.    (John 14:6) Jesus saith unto him, I am the way [to heaven], the truth, and the life [of eternal joy]: no man cometh unto the Father, but [Gk: except] by [“through” Amplif.] me.

2.    swaddling = Dict: 1. the long narrow bands of cloth wrapped around a newborn baby in former times. 2. rigid controls or restrictions, such as those imposed on infants, the immature, etc.

3.    (John 11:43,44) And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. And he that was dead came forth, bound hand [symbolic of his work] and foot [symbolic of his walk] with graveclothes [“linen strips” Amplif.]: and his face [i.e., his head, symbolic of his thoughts, his hearing, his seeing] was bound about [Gk: enwrapped] with a [“burial” Amplif.] napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him [i.e., free him] [a], and let him go [b].

a.     (John 8:31-36) Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know [Gk: understand] the truth, and the truth shall make you free [from your worldly enwrappings]. They answered him, We be Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free? Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant [Gk: subject to, subservient to: bondsman] of sin. And the servant [of sin] abideth not in the house [of God] for ever: but the Son [i.e., the Truth] abideth ever. If the Son therefore shall make you free [by His self- sacrifice in full payment for our sins], ye shall be free indeed [Gk: certainly].

b.    (Mark 16:15) And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world [Gk: kosmos; “cosmos”; (universe)], and preach [Gk: proclaim] the gospel [of love] to every creature [Gk: creation].

THE ONLY SIGN GIVEN THIS GENERATION

(Mat 12:38-40) Then certain of the scribes and of the Pharisees answered, saying, Master, we would see a sign [Gk: an indication: miracle] from thee. But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but [Gk: except] the sign of the prophet Jonah: For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.

1.    whale = Gk: a huge fish (as gaping for prey) /// “chao” (to “gape” of “yawn”) /// a chasm or vacancy (impassable interval): gulf.

a.     chaos = Dict: 1. A state of utter confusion or disorder; a total lack of organization or order. 2. Any confused, disorderly mass: a chaos of meaningless phrases. 3. The infinity of space or formless matter supposed to have preceded the existence of the ordered universe. 4. Obs. A chasm or abyss.

CHAOS

(Gen 1:1-5) In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form [Heb: confusion], and void [Heb: an undistinguishable ruin]; and darkness [1] was upon the face of the deep [Heb: an abyss (as a surging mass of water)]. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light [2]: and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided [Heb: separated] the light from the [evil, bad] darkness. And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

1.    darkness = Heb: the dark; lit. darkness; fig. misery, destruction, death, ignorance, sorrow, wickedness /// to be dark (as wighholding light): hide.

2.    light = Heb: illumination (in every sense, including happiness).

THE SIGN OF JONAH IS DEATH, BURIAL, AND RESURRECTION

BEING BORN-AGAIN

(Jonah 1:15-17) So they took up Jonah, and cast him forth into the sea: and the sea ceased from her raging. Then the men feared the LORD exceedingly, and offered a sacrifice unto the LORD, and made vows. Now the LORD had prepared a great fish to swallow up Jonah. And Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights. (Jonah 2:1-10) Then Jonah prayed unto the LORD his God out of the fish's belly [Satan is “the god of this world” 2 Cor 4:4, and we are in his belly… this world is a type and shadow of hell], And said, I cried by reason of mine affliction [Heb: tribulation] unto the LORD, and he heard me; out of the belly of hell cried I, and thou heardest my voice. For thou hadst cast me into the deep, in the midst of the seas [of raging humanity]; and the floods compassed me about: all thy billows and thy waves passed over me. Then I said, I am cast out of thy sight; yet I will look again toward thy holy temple. The waters compassed me about, even to the soul [my earthly thoughts]: the depth closed me round about, the weeds were wrapped about my head. I went down to the bottoms of the mountains; the earth with her bars [i.e., imprisonment] was about me for ever: yet hast thou brought up my life from corruption, O LORD my God. When my soul fainted within me I remembered the LORD: and my prayer came in unto thee, into thine holy temple. They that observe [Heb: guard, protect] lying vanities [1] forsake their own mercy [forgiveness]. But I will sacrifice unto thee with the voice of thanksgiving; I will pay [Heb: make good, perform] that that I have vowed [to serve my God, my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ]. Salvation is of the LORD. And the LORD spake unto the fish [representing Satan], and it vomited out [a saved, exceedingly distasteful man] Jonah [(you and I)] upon the dry land [i.e., Jonah was O.T. imputed for righteousness, N.T. born-again].

1.    (Luke 8:14) And that [of God’s words, seeds] which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and are choked [Gk: strangled completely, drowned /// taken by the throat] with cares [Gk: distractions] and riches and pleasures [Gk: sensual delights] of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection [Gk: to be a bearer to completion (maturity), to ripen].
