WHO HATH BELIEVED OUR REPORT?
(Isa 53:1)
Who hath believed
our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed? (Isa 53:2) For
he
shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry
ground:
he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no
beauty
that we should desire him. (Isa 53:3) He is despised and rejected of
men; a man
of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces
from
him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. (Isa 53:4) Surely he
hath borne
our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken,
smitten of
God, and afflicted. (Isa 53:5) But he was wounded for our
transgressions, he
was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon
him; and
with his stripes we are healed. (Isa 53:6) All we like sheep have gone
astray;
we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him
the
iniquity of us all. (Isa 53:7) He was oppressed, and he was afflicted,
yet he
opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as
a sheep
before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth. (Isa 53:8) He
was
taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his
generation? for
he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of
my
people was he stricken. (Isa 53:9) And he made his grave with the
wicked, and
with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither
was any
deceit in his mouth. (Isa 53:10) Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him;
he hath
put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he
shall
see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD
shall
prosper in his hand. (Isa 53:11) He shall see of the travail of his
soul, and
shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify
many;
for he shall bear their iniquities. (Isa 53:12) Therefore will I divide
him a
portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong;
because
he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the
transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for
the transgressors.
TO WHOM IS THE ARM OF THE LORD REVEALED?
(Isa 53:1-4)
Who hath
believed [Heb: trusted] our report [Heb:
something heard, an announcement: doctrine, news, tidings]? and
to whom
is the arm [Heb: (as stretched out); fig. force: might,
power]
of the LORD [Heb: Jehovah] [God] revealed [Heb:
disclosed, discovered, uncovered] [i.e., as a revelation]? For he
[the
revelation of Jesus Christ, the Arm of the LORD] shall
grow up [Heb:
ascend: spring up] before him [Jehovah God] as
a tender
plant, and as a root out of a dry [Heb:
parched;
desert: barren, solitary place, wilderness] ground: he
hath no
form nor comeliness [Heb: magnificence, ornament or
splendor:
beauty, majesty]; and when we shall see him [in his
earthly
state], there is no beauty that we should desire him.
He
is despised [Heb: disesteemed: disdained, contemptible,
scorned] and
rejected of men; a man of sorrows [Heb: anguish,
fig.
afflictions: grief, pain, sorrows], and acquainted with [have
intimate knowledge of] grief: and we hid as it
were our
faces from him [1]; [through our
rationalizations]
he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he hath borne
[Heb: carried (away), forgiven, pardoned] our griefs
[Heb:
maladies, calamities: disease, sickness], and carried
[away] our sorrows [Heb: anguish, fig.
afflictions: grief,
pain, sorrows] [our burdens]: yet we did [ignorantly]
esteem
[Heb: regard, value: reckon, think] him stricken, smitten
[Heb:
wounded] of God, and afflicted.
1.
(Gen
3:8-10) And they
heard the voice [i.e., the Bible] of the LORD God walking
in the
garden [of Eden] in the cool of the day: and Adam and
his wife hid
themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees
of the
garden. And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where
art
thou? And he [Adam] said, I heard thy voice [the
Bible]
in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was
naked [i.e.,
EXPOSED, I know that I have done wrong and sinned against You (God)];
and I hid myself [rather than humbly confess my sin
and plead for
forgiveness. Why? Because he (Adam) now wanted to do it again].
BUT THE SPIRIT OF ADAM AND
JESUS AND YOU WAS WOUNDED
(Isa 53:5,6) But
he was wounded
[deprived of the anointing of holiness and sent out of Heaven to earth]
[as
also were we as guilty fallen angels, but He was innocent]
for
our transgressions [Heb: revolts: rebellion, sins /// to
break away
from “just” authority], he was bruised [Heb:
crumbled:
beat to pieces, humbled] for our iniquities [Heb:
perversity, evil: faults, sins]: the chastisement [Heb:
warning or instruction; restraint: correction, discipline, rebuke]
[which,
if accepted, will result in] of our peace was
upon him [i.e.,
and that burden of sins was accepted by
Him]; and with his stripes [fig. with the
punishing whip
lashes laid upon Him and His journey into Hell altogether symbolizing His
righteous payment for our sins] we are healed [Heb:
mended (by stiching), cured: repaired thoroughly, made whole] [1].
All
we like sheep have gone astray [Heb: vacillate, stray:
deceived,
dissemble, err, are seduced, stagger, wander, be out of the way];
we
have turned [Heb: aside, away] every one to his
own way
[2-4]; and the LORD hath laid on him the [burden
of the] iniquity
[Heb: perversity, evil: faults, sin] of us all.
1.
(Acts
2:31) He [David]
seeing this before spake [as “a prophet” Acts 2:29,30] of
the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell,
neither his flesh did see corruption.
2.
(Judg
17:6) In those days
there was no king [i.e., no governor, no God] in
Israel, but every
man did that which was right in his own eyes. [Judg 21:25]
3.
(Prov
12:15) The way of a
fool is right in his own eyes: but he that hearkeneth
unto
counsel is wise.
4.
(Prov
21:2) Every way of a
man is right in his own eyes: but the LORD pondereth the
hearts.
JESUS CHRIST PAID THE
REDEMPTION PRICE FOR OUR RETURN TO GOD
(Isa 53:7-9)
He was oppressed
[Heb: driven; taxed, harassed, tyrannized: distressed],
and he
was afflicted, yet he opened [Heb: loosened:
vented] not
[to whine or complain] his mouth: he is brought as a
[submissive]
lamb to the slaughter [Heb: as a beast to be butchered],
and as a sheep [quietly stands] before her shearers
[Heb:
to cut off] [fig. from the land of the living] is dumb [Heb:
silent], so he openeth [Heb: loosened: vented] not
his
mouth. He was taken from prison [lit. taken from
imprisonment,
fig. taken from His body, and taken from this world] and
from
judgment [i.e., by man’s evil judgment and by God’s
righteous
judgment]: and who shall declare his generation [Heb:
a
revolution of time, an age] [His lifetime] [1]? for he was cut
off
out of the land of the living: for the transgression [Heb:
revolt: rebellion, sins /// to break away from “just” authority] of
my people was he stricken. And he made his grave with the wicked
[in Hell], and with the rich in his death; because he
had done
no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.
1.
(Psa
22:30,31) A seed
shall serve him; it shall be accounted to the Lord for a
generation
[the generation of “Christ”: Matt 1:16,17]. They
shall come,
and shall declare his righteousness unto a people that
shall be born, that he hath done this.
(Isa 53:10,11)
Yet it
pleased the LORD to bruise [Heb: beat to pieces] him
[1]; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt
make his
soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall
prolong his
days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his
hand. He
shall see of the travail [tribulation] of
his soul,
and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge [Jesus Christ,
and of
Jesus Christ] shall my righteous servant justify many; for
he
shall bear their iniquities [Heb: perversity, evil: faults,
sin].
1.
(Rev
2:26,27) And he that
overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power
over the nations: And he shall rule them with a rod of iron;
as the
vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers [Gk:
broken (to pieces)]: even as I [Jesus]
received
of my Father.
(Isa 53:12)
Therefore
will I divide him a portion with the great [“kings and
priests”
Rev 1:6; 5:10], and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because
he hath poured out [sacrificed] his soul unto
death: [“He
let Himself be regarded as a criminal” Amplif.] and he was numbered
with the transgressors [i.e., the fallen angels]; and
he
bare the sin of many, and made intercession [He came
between
man and God] for the transgressors [“the
rebellious”
Amplif.].
Amen
A SIGN OF THE LAST TIME:
MANY ANTICHRISTS = STRONG
DELUSION (“A LYING SPIRIT”)

God is Thought. The brightness
of our revelations depends upon the correctness of our
doctrines, our building blocks, our Godly Thoughts laid
one upon
another, ascending into the mind of Christ. May we note that Lucifer
(God’s pure good thoughts) became Satan (God’s perverted and thus
impure evil
thoughts); that is, a holy angel (Spirit) became an unholy angel
(spirit) as he
fell from Grace through his perversion of God’s word
(thoughts). Lucifer-Satan
is now temporarily confined inside an earthly prison called mankind...
and his
fallen minions likewise, and altogether they are symbolized by the
tree
of the knowledge (thoughts) of good and evil.
AS ONE MAN
(Judg
6:14-16) And the LORD looked upon him [Gideon], and
said, Go
in this thy might, and thou shalt save Israel from the hand of the
Midianites [Heb:
brawling, contentious, discord, strife] [a type and shadow of all
unsaved men]:
have not I sent thee? And he said unto him, Oh my Lord, wherewith shall
I save
Israel? behold, my family is poor in Manasseh, and I am the least in my
father's house. And the LORD said unto him, Surely I will be with thee,
and
thou shalt smite the Midianites
as
one man [i.e., as the supernatural Body of Christ with all
its
Spiritual members acting in unified obedience].
1.
(1
Cor 12:27) Now ye are
the body of Christ, and members in particular.
2.
(1 Co
3:16) Know ye not that
ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God [built,
composed
of all the Holy angels (members)] dwelleth in you?
THE SECOND COMING
(2
Thes 2:1,2) Now we beseech [Gk: pray to] you,
brethren, by
[“relative to” Amplif.] the [second] coming
of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto
him [(the
Greek writing convention of pallellism)] [1],
That ye be
not soon shaken [Gk: to waver, be agitated, rocked,
toppled, fig.
destroyed] in mind, or be troubled [Gk:
(to wail);
clamor, be frightened], neither by [fallen, unclean,
demonic]
spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as [if it came] from
us, as [about
news] that the day of Christ [“has [already]
arrived”
Amplif. ] is at hand [“and is here” Amplif.].
1.
(1
Thes 4:16,17) For the
Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with
the voice
of the archangel [Michael (Jud 1:9 & Dan 12:1)],
and with the
trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then
we which are alive and remain shall be caught up
together
with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air [ref.
the valley of “dry bones” Ezek 37:1-14]: and so shall we ever be
with the Lord.
LET NO MAN DECEIVE YOU
(2
Thes 2:3,4) Let no man deceive [Gk: to seduce
wholly: beguile]
you by any [of the aforementioned] means [1]:
for that day shall not come, except there come a falling
away [Gk:
a defection from truth (“apostasy”)] [2] first, and that
man
[corporate many membered body] of sin
[lawlessness]
be revealed [Gk: to take off the cover, disclosed],
the son [spawn] of perdition [Gk:
damnation, waste]
[doom]; Who [proudly] opposeth
[Gk: is
adversary to] and exalteth himself above all that is
called God,
or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the
temple of God
[“ye are the temple of God” 1 Cor 3:16, built, composed of all
the Holy
angels (members)], shewing [Gk: to show off, exibiting]
himself
that he is God [a warning to those “deceiving your own
selves”
James 1:22].
1.
(Matt
24:4) And Jesus
answered and said unto them [His diciples], Take heed
[Gk:
look at: behold, beware, perceive, regard, see] that no man
deceive
you.
2.
defection
= Dict: 1. abandonment
of loyalty, duty, principle, etc.; desertion. 2. a failing or failure.
TWO “REVEALINGS” ARE NOW HAPPENING
(2
Thes 2:5-8) Remember ye not, that, when I [the Apostle Paul]
was
yet with you, I told you these things? And now ye know what
withholdeth [“what
is restraining” NKJV, the evil] that he [the
Christ (the anointing)
in us, the full mind of Christ] might be revealed [Gk:
to
take off the cover, disclosed] in his [appointed]
time [1].
For the mystery of iniquity [“lawlessness: that hidden
principle
of rebellion against constituted authority” Amplif.] doth
already work:
only he who now letteth [“restrains” NKJV] [i.e., by
the presence
of the Holy Spirit anointing in us] will let [restrain],
until he be taken out of the way [until he be “caught
up” 1 Thes
4:17 (i.e., raptured)]. And then shall that Wicked [Gk:
lawless] be revealed [Gk: to take off the cover,
disclosed], whom the Lord shall consume with the
spirit of his
mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness [illumination,
revelation] of his coming: [2]
1.
(Rom
8:18,19) For I reckon
that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be
compared
with the glory which shall be revealed [Gk:
to take off
the cover, disclosed] in us. For the earnest
expectation of
the creature waiteth for the manifestation [Gk:
disclosure: revelation]
of the sons of God [who originally were,
and still
are, angels].
2.
Commentary:
who exactly is
the “he (that shall) be taken out of the way”? = May we
note that
“Legion” (Mark 5:9,15; Luke 8:30) is an instructive example of a single
spirit
that has many spirit members. The “he (that shall) be taken
out of
the way” is the collective mind of Christ present in the world
today in
us (Rom 8:18 & 2 Thes 1:7,10,12), our spirits;
the “he”
is the anointed Spirit (mind) of the many-membered Body of Christ. We
are that one
Body and Jesus Christ is our Head. The anointing that we
have
received is not an anointing of our temporary physical soulical bodies,
but it
is the anointing of our eternal supernatural spirits, the
anointing of our minds, which are contained within the
all-encompassing
many-membered Holy Spirit of God. That same Holy Spirit of God
is now
being collectively withdrawn from our Godly “restraining”
overriding global influence upon the entire world. Consequentially, the
Satanic
influence of strong delusion (“a lying spirit” 1 Kings
22:22,23;
2 Chron 18: 21,22) is proportionately and dramatically increasing, in
effect
replacing our influence. (It is going to get very nasty out there very
soon).
A SIGN: STRONG DELUSION (A LYING SPIRIT)
(2
Thes 2:9-12) Even him, whose coming [“The coming of
the
lawless one, the Antichrist” Amplif.] [the body of the Antichrists] [1]
is
after the working of Satan with all power and signs
and lying
wonders, And with all deceivableness [Gk: delusions]
of
unrighteousness [Gk: iniquity: wrong] in them
that perish
[Gk: are destroyed: die]; because they received
not the
love of the truth, that they might be saved [Gk:
safe,
delivered: healed preserved, made whole]. And for this cause
God
shall send them strong delusion [strong deception],
that
they should believe a lie [Gk: falsehoods: lies]:
That
they all might be damned [Gk: condemned, punished:
avenged]
who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in
unrighteousness
[Gk: iniquity: wrong].
1.
(1
John 2:18) Little
children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that
antichrist
[Gk: an opponent of the Messiah] [against Christ] shall come,
even now are there many antichrists; whereby [by
that
sign] we know that it is the last time.
THE BLESSING
(2
Thes 2:13-17) But we are bound to give thanks alway[s]
to God for you, brethren [brothers and sisters: family] beloved
of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning [“
before
the foundation of the world” Eph 1:4]
chosen you to salvation [Gk: rescue or safety: saving]
through
sanctification [Gk: purification] of the Spirit [in
you] and [your] belief of the
truth:
Whereunto he called you by our gospel [Gk: good message],
to the [your] obtaining of the glory of our Lord
Jesus
Christ. Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the
traditions [Gk:
precepts] [precept: Dict. = a commandment or direction meant as a rule
of
action or conduct] which ye have been taught, whether by
word, or
our epistle [Gr: letter]. Now our Lord Jesus Christ
himself, and
God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting
consolation and good hope through grace, Comfort your
hearts,
and [e]stablish you in every good word and work.
