FATHER GOD’S VIEW OF HIS CHILDREN
07-30-23 God is Thought. The brightness of our revelations
depends upon the correctness of our doctrines, our building blocks, our Godly
thoughts laid one upon another, ascending into the mind of Christ. These study notes are archived at

The
Way of the Righteous and the way of the Wicked
Psa
1:1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly,
nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.Psa
1:2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he
meditate day and night. Psa 1:3 And he shall be like a tree planted
by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf
also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. Psa
1:4 The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth
away. Psa 1:5 Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment,
nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. Psa 1:6 For the
LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall
perish.
HIS GOOD CHILDREN: BLESSED
IS THE MAN (LIFE ETERNAL)
Psa 1:1 Blessed
[Heb: happy] is the man that walketh
not in the counsel [Heb: advise] of the ungodly [Heb:
morally wrong; an (actively) bad person: wicked man], nor standeth in
the way [life-style] of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat
of the scornful [Heb: to make mouths at, to scoff: have in
derision, make a mockery of]. Psa 1:2 But his delight [Heb:
pleasure] is in the law of the LORD [i.e., the Bible];
and in his law doth he meditate [Heb: ponder: speak, study] day
and night. Psa 1:3 And he shall be like a
tree planted [Heb: transplanted] by the rivers
of water [a type and shadow of the Holy Spirit], that
bringeth forth his fruit [Heb: increase] in his season [in
his appointed time]; his leaf [Heb: (as coming up upon a
tree); foliage /// ascending] also shall not wither [Heb:
wilt; fall away, fail, faint; fig. be foolish or morally wicked] [i.e., lack
water]; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper
[Heb: to push forward: be good, be profitable] [for whom?].
HIS BAD CHILDREN: CURSED
IS THE MAN (DEATH ETERNAL)
Psa
1:4 The ungodly are not so: but are like the
chaff [Heb: chaff (as pressed out, winnowed or
threshed loose) /// pressed] which the
wind [a type and shadow of God’s Holy Spirit]
driveth away [Heb: to shove asunder, disperse:
thrust down, shaken, tossed to and fro] [from Father God]. Psa
1:5 Therefore the ungodly [Heb:
morally wrong; an (actively) bad person: wicked man] shall
not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the
righteous [Heb: just: lawful /// right (in a
moral sense), cleansed, clear self]. Psa
1:6 For the LORD knoweth [Heb:
to know (properly to ascertain by seeing)] the way of the righteous: but the way of the
ungodly shall perish [Heb: to
wander away, to lose oneself; by implic. be destroyed: break, fail,
be undone, X utterly].
HOWEVER, THERE IS “A WAY TO ESCAPE” FOR
THE UNGODLY
(1 Cor 10:13)
There hath no temptation [Gk:
testing] taken you but such as is common to man: but God
is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted [Gk: tested]
above that ye are able [to bear it]; but will with the temptation also make
a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
OUR WAY TO ESCAPE IS TO OBEY
THE CALL TO SALVATION (ETERNAL LIFE)
(Rom 10:8-10)
But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even
in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we
preach; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and
shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man
believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation [1].
1.
Gk: rescue or safety: health,
saving /// deliverance, protection: healing, preservation, do well, be made
whole. [i.e., to enjoy happiness eternally]
Amen
