FOR THE SONS OF GOD

God is Thought. The brightness of our revelations depends upon the correctness of our doctrines, our building blocks, our Godly Thoughts laid one upon another, ascending into the mind of Christ.

(Heb 4:12)  For the word [Gk: logos] of God is quick [Gk: alive], and powerful [Gk: active, operative], and sharper [Gk: as if by a single stroke; whereas repeated blows, like hacking] than any twoedged [alluding to a logos/rhema] sword, piercing [Gk: penetrating] even to the dividing asunder [Gk: separation] of soul [natural man (animal) thoughts] and spirit [spititual man (God’s) thoughts], and [separative: discrimative] of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner [Gk: perceiver (judge)] of the thoughts and intents of the heart [Gk: the mind].

PREFACE

(Matt 13:18) Hear ye therefore the parable [1] of the sower [a farmer scattering seeds].

1.    parable = Gk: a similitude, (symbolically) a ficticious narrative (of common life conveying a moral).

2.    (Mark 4:13,14) And he said unto them, Know [Gk: see; to know: be aware, consider, have knowledge, perceive, understand] ye not this parable? and how then will ye know all parables? The sower soweth the word [Gk: logos].

3.    (Luke 8:11) Now the parable is this: The seed is the word [Gk: logos] of God.

a.     seed = Dict: the part of a flowering plant that typically contains the embryo [rhema, the inner core meaning] with its protective [outer] coat [logos, the apparent meaning].

BY THE WAY SIDE (UNSAVED)

(Matt 13:19) When any one heareth the word [Gk: logos] of the kingdom [of God], and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that [seed] which was sown [Gk: scattered] in his heart [in effect, scattered in the soil or ground of his heart]. This is he which received seed by the way side [Gk: road (side)] [i.e., much stepped upon (disregarded, despised, spurned) seed].

1.    (Mark 4:15) And these are they by the way side, where the word [Gk: logos] is sown; but when they have heard, Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts.

2.    (Luke 8:12) Those by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word [Gk: logos] out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved [Gk: “safe”; delivered, protected: healed, made whole].

STONEY PLACES (UNSAVED)

(Matt 13:20,21) But he that received the seed into stony places [Gk: rock like], the same is he that heareth the word, and anon [Gk: at once] with joy [Gk: cheerfulness, calm delight: gladness] receiveth it; Yet hath he not root in himself [1], but dureth [endures] for a while: for when tribulation [Gk: pressure: affliction, anguish, burden, trouble] or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended [Gk: “scandalized”; entrapped, tripped up (fig. stumble or enticed to sin)].

1.    (Rev 22:16) I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star. [Isa 11:10; Rom 15:12]

2.    (Mark 4:16,17) And these are they likewise [“lest they should believe and be saved” Luke 8:12] which are sown on stony ground; who, when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with gladness; And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word's sake, immediately they are offended.

3.    (Luke 8:13) They on the rock [hardness of heart] are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation [Gk: testing] fall away [Gk: to remove, instigate to revolt; desert: depart, withdraw self].

AMONG THE THORNS (SAVED SHEEP – GIDEON’S 9,700)

(Matt 13:22) He also that received seed among the thorns [but have root] is he that heareth the word; and the care [Gk: distractions] of this world [Gk: aion], and the deceitfulness [Gk: delusions /// to cheat: deceive] of riches, choke [Gk: to strangle completely] the word [sheep don’t talk], and he becometh unfruitful [Gk: barren: without fruit].

1.    (Mark 4:18,19) And these are they which are sown among thorns; such as hear the word, And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts [Gk: longing (especially for that which is forbidden /// covet, desire] [cares, riches, lusts = spirits, evil thoughts, fallen angels] of other things entering in [into your mind, into your thoughts], choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful.

2.    (Luke 8:14) And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection [Gk: to be a bearer to completion (maturity), no ripe fruit].

GOOD GROUND (SAVED SHEPHERDS – GIDEON’S 300)

(Matt 13:23) But he that received seed into the good ground [having a willing mind] is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth [from within oneself, i.e., births], some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.

1.    (Mark 4:20) And these are they which are sown on good ground; such as hear the word, and receive it, and bring forth fruit, some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some an hundred.

2.    (Luke 8:15)  But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart [Gk: the thoughts or feelings (the mind)], having heard the word, keep it [Gk: to hold down (fast)], and bring forth fruit with patience [Gk: cheerful (or hopeful) endurance: enduring, patient continuance (waiting)].

3.    (Rom 8:18,19) For I reckon that the sufferings [birth pangs] of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory [Gk: honor, praise, worship] which shall be revealed [Gk: to take off the cover] [of our flesh] in us. For the earnest expectation [Gk: intense anticipation] of the creature [i.e., us] waiteth for [Gk: to expect fully] the manifestation [Gk: disclosure: appearing, coming, be revealed, revelation] of the sons of God [OT 5x angels as angels, NT 6x men as angels].

4.    (1 John 3:2) Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

5.    (Luke 21:19) In your patience possess [Gk: purchase] ye your souls [i.e., you get to keep your converted thoughts, your spirit belongs to God who gave it].

a.     (Psa 104:4) Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire: [Heb: 1:7]

b.    (Eccl 12:7) Then shall the dust [“soul” Gen 2:7 in death] return to the earth as it was: and the spirit [angel] shall return unto God who gave it.
