THE GREAT TRIBULATION

03-22-23 These are the notes of a currently unpreached message.

(Rev 6:7,8) And when he [Jesus Christ, the Word of God (John 1:14)] had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast [Gk: zoon; a live thing, an animal] say, Come and see [a command]. And I looked, and behold a pale [Gk: greenish] horse [prophesying the death-dealing endtime doctrine of “The Green New Deal”]: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him [1]. And power was given unto them [the antichrists] over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts [Gk: therion; a dangerous animal: venomous, wild] of the earth [the latter phrase is specifying earthly creatures rather than other-world alien creatures, clearly pointing to all unsaved wild men]

1.     Commentary: some of us will no longer be here because no true believing Christian will ever go to Hell. The substitutionary death of Jesus Christ has paid the price of redemption for us all, saved and unsaved alike. Therefore, the evil victory over many peoples of this passage does not pertain to the relatively few persons who truly “believe” in Jesus Christ. In that regard, at or during the early part of the fourth seal some few of us (the shepherds: Isa 3:1-3) shall be “raptured,” i.e., symbolically birthed out of Mary (Heb: rebellious /// bitterness /// to rebel or resist, disobey) who is a type and shadow of all humanity, leaving behind on this earth the vastly larger balance of immature Christians (the sheep: Isa 3:4-12) to be ruled over by women [“and women rule (present tense) over them” Isa 3:12]. Nevertheless, whosoever willendure [through the fourth seal of Great Tribulation] unto the end, the same shall be saved (Mat 24:13).”

THE IMMINENT “RAPTURE” OF THE SERVANT SHEPHERDS OF GOD

Isa 3:1  For, behold, the Lord, the LORD of hosts, doth take away [Heb: pluck away] [1] from Jerusalem and from Judah the stay [Heb: support; fig. a protector] and the staff [Heb: sustenance; fig. a walking stick], the whole stay of bread [Jesus Christ, the Word of God], and the whole stay of water [the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of God], Isa 3:2  The mighty man, and the man of war, the judge, and the prophet, and the prudent, and the ancient, Isa 3:3  The captain of fifty, and the honourable man, and the counsellor, and the cunning artificer, and the eloquent orator.

1.    rapture = Dict.: 1. the state of being carried away with joy, love, etc.; ecstasy. 2. an expression of great joy, pleasure, etc. 3. a carrying away or being carried away in body or spirit.

INITIATING THE GREAT TRIBULATION,

i.e., THE CLEANSING, PURIFICATION OF THE SERVANT SHEEP OF GOD

Isa 3:4  And [in stark contrast to the princes of the preceeding verses 2,3] I will give children [(bad)] to be their princes, and babes [(worse)] shall rule [Heb: govern, reign] over them. Isa 3:5  And the people [the remaining children of God (the sheep)] shall be oppressed [Heb: driven; taxed, harassed, tyrannized], every one by another, and every one by his neighbour: the child shall behave himself proudly against the ancient, and the base against the honourable. Isa 3:6  When a man shall take hold of his brother of the house of his father, saying, Thou hast clothing, be thou our ruler, and let this ruin be under thy hand: Isa 3:7  In that day shall he swear, saying, I will not be an healer; for in my house is neither bread nor clothing: make me not a ruler of the people. Isa 3:8  For Jerusalem is ruined, and Judah is fallen: because their tongue and their doings are against the LORD, to provoke [Heb: disobey, rebel against] the eyes of his glory. Isa 3:9  The shew of their countenance doth witness against them; and they declare their sin as Sodom, they hide it not. Woe unto their soul! for they have rewarded evil unto themselves. Isa 3:10  Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him: for they shall eat the fruit of their doings. Isa 3:11  Woe unto the wicked! it shall be ill with him: for the reward of his hands shall be given him. Isa 3:12  As for my people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, they which lead thee cause thee to err, and destroy the [righteous] way of thy paths.

Mat 24:12  And because iniquity [Gk: illegality, violation of law, wickedness] shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. Mat 24:13  But he that shall endure [Gk: patiently] unto the end, the same shall be saved. Mat 24:14  And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

1.    (Luke 21:19)  In your patience [Gk: cheerful (or hopeful) endurance: waiting] possess ye your souls.

Amen
